Hello Folks, sorry for the short notice, but tonight during our maintenance window (20:00 Thursday Pacific – 03:00 Friday) we’re going to apply some new code and reboot some critical switches.  While we’ve built in redundancies, some devices don’t like the topology changes so we’re going to go into read only mode to be safe.  These periods should be very brief, about 5-10 minutes.

Unfortunately we may need to go into full outage if things go haywire.  Again, they shouldn’t be long.  Sorry for the inconvenience, watch here for details if things go crazy.

The ultimate goal is to remove the current config that requires lengthy network topology changes so these types of maintenance go unnoticed.  Almost there!
