Smugmuggers really don’t want to be uploading and browsing photos Thursday night, no, you want to be finishing those awesome Halloween costumes in time for Friday!!  Really!  *wink* *wink* Then you won’t even notice when we take the site down for a few brief periods during our regularly scheduled weekly maintenance window, held Thursdays from 10:00 pm PDT to 3:00am PDT Friday.

Seriously we realize this is getting often, but we’re making progress in getting true redundancy in our network.  I say true, because we do have lots of stuff to fail over to, however our current setup isn’t playing well with others.  We can do better, it’s just going to take another read-only, and perhaps full down even tomorrow night to get it right.

Let’s hope for a non-Spooky maintenance, which’ll be short, sweet, and soon find me passed out on a candy corn binge.  whee!
