Heads Up: Tentative maintenance window on Monday November 23rd

11-18-09 Site down

15:00 PST – We have an unexpected outage at the moment, our engineers are working to restore full service as quickly as possible. More updates here as we get them.

15:16 PST all fixed – sorry for the hassle, folks!

11/15/09 – Site down

There’s a problem with SmugMug.  We’re tracking it down now, and hope to have the site back online shortly.

23:50 PST – We think we may have it resolved.  We’re currently in read-only mode while we verify.

23:52 PST – We’re back online.  We’ll continue to monitor the situation, but hopefully we won’t see this issue again.

11/12/09 – Scheduled Maintenance

We’ll be doing some hardware and software upgrades on Thursday night that will likely require us to go into read-only mode during our weekly scheduled maintenance window starting at 10pm Pacific.  We’ll update with details as we go along.

22:08 Pacific – We’re starting. I’d imagine this will last a few hours, but we might finish sooner.
02:35 Pacific – We’re all done for the night. Luckily we weren’t in read-only mode for very long during this window, but we got lots done. Thanks for your patience!

11/10 – Read-only mode

We just released some great new features and found a bug that wasn’t caught during testing.  We’re fixing it now and expect the site to be back online shortly.  More info about the features can be found here.
